Ordering from CameraRaincoats means you accept these U.S. return terms.

You have 14 days from receipt to return items, which must be unworn, unused, tagged and in original packaging. Manufacturer direct items are final sale.

Start returns by emailing support@CameraRaincoats.com or calling +13472610629. We’ll send a label and instructions; unrequested returns aren’t accepted.

Contact us immediately about damaged, defective or wrong items to resolve issues. We exchange only such items or for wrong sizes—reach out to arrange.

No restocking fees apply. We’ll notify you of refund approval after inspection; approved refunds go to your original payment method (banks may delay posting).

Unused discounts aren’t refunded after purchase—apply them during checkout.
