Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies to USA orders. Ordering means you accept these terms.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Shipments take 3–5 business days in transit, with orders needing to be placed by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Handling takes 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). We deliver via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

We can’t change addresses once in transit—contact us within 24 hours of ordering at support@CameraRaincoats.com to change. Cancel orders before dispatch; for shipped ones, see our refund policy.

Reject damaged parcels if possible and contact us. If delivered without you present, reach out for next steps.

Manufacturer Direct Shipping uses standard economy ground services. Processing takes 1–2 days (possible delays), shipping 1–5 days (based on locations). You’ll get tracking info once dispatched. We’ll update on delays.

International orders have extra terms like customs duties—customers outside the USA handle their country’s regulations and costs.
